Recent and pending changes
85 Del. Laws c. 317 (Substitute for SB 208, 2026) added the licensed psychology associate and master's-level psychological assistant and renamed the psychological assistant 'doctoral-level psychological assistant'. It takes effect 12 months after enactment or on Board notice of final regulations, whichever is earlier. Psychologist requirements (§3508) are unchanged in substance. Board regulations have not yet been updated to match.
