Supervision during the postdoc

Recent and pending changes
P.A. 104-301 (HB3373, eff. 1-1-26): beginning one year after its effective date (i.e., from 1-1-27) the exam may be taken upon graduation, before the postdoc. Rule 1400.110(d)(4) still says experience must be obtained before the exam — expect a rule update. P.A. 104-796 (eff. 8-7-26) extended the Act's sunset to 1-1-2032. P.A. 104-178 (eff. 1-1-26) added Sec. 10.5 practice pending licensure.
