SB 2731 (2025, approved 04/02/2025, eff. July 1, 2025) reenacted 73-31-1 to -29 and extended the repealer to July 1, 2029. Pre-2022 rules (2013 version, still mirrored on LII) had a 'year of post-doctoral experience' rule; the 10.19.2022 rules dropped it.
