Can you be supervised remotely in Nevada?
Yes by video, but the supervisor needs a state-specific supervisor credential and the board must approve the arrangement first. What shapes this: state-only supervisor credential, prior board approval.
- Video supervision: Board pages for primary and secondary supervision state remote supervision of an intern is allowed; NRS 641A.160(2)(b) directs the Board to authorize remote/electronic supervision of interns at remote sites. NAC 641A.178 sets no modality and counts tape review, live participation, unseen observation and case presentation. No codified remote-supervision standards found in NAC 641A.
