- Do hours accrued as an LAPC (before LPC licensure) count toward the LPCC's 3,000 post-master's hours? NDAC 97-02-01.1-01(3)(b) says only 'post-master's'; the LPCC application (rev. 07/24) supervision report describes supervision 'received by the above named Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)'.
