Recent and pending changes

HB 972 (2022) and SB 373 (2024) cut the statute to two years of post-degree experience. The official rule text (rules.sos.ga.gov, as archived 7/28/2026) is unchanged: still 3-4 year tables. The April 4, 2025 proposed amendments (2,000 hrs + 70, or 100 supervision for contracts after 7/1/2025) were not in the official text as of 7/28/2026, so not adopted then.
